I've tried it.  It is quite good, but I wouldn't pay for it.

Same here.  Buddy got some at Christmas time so we shared some at work.

It was very good.  But way too expensive.

I drink coffee.   Lots of coffee.   I'd take it by IV if i had to.

My daughter gave me a setup to make cold brew a couple of Christmas's ago. It takes a full pound of coarse ground coffee and maybe a liter of water.

Just let it sit for a day or two, pull out the screen with the grounds and put the lid on the glass container full of cold brew.  What she failed to tell me was that this method gives you something like 900x the caffeine in that is in a quart of espresso.

If you want a caffeine buzz, give that a go. The stuff made the roots of my hair tingle. In fact, I am pretty sure I was shooting sparks from my head and brought Marty McFly back from to the future!

If that fails to light your fire, try some chocolate covered espresso beans and wash them down with the same cold brew!

We use cold brew too.  For those of us with reflux, cold brew is inherently less acidic.  My wife and have been very pleased on this front with the switch.  I’ve been able to kick omeprazole because of it (use a little Tums from time to time instead).

we have a kettle for instant and Tea, Mom drank Maxwell House Instant so we always have it even though she is gone.

i have a Bodum French press.

 a Japanese Pour over.

a O.G. Enamelware percolator.

an old Neapolitan percolator.

the old Mr. Coffee.

and a new Keurig.

also at least two pour over filters.

one that folds flat for camping.

and a Ti French Press for camping.

i like Coffee, i usually need the instant in order to make the more complicated brews.

Anybody boil coffee like Cowboy Kent Rollins?

Yes

For those with a bit of sensitive tummy, try a dash of salt. Even a few grains will cut the acid and bitter taste. There are times LostWife gets a tender tummy and this helps for the evening coffee. I don't think that is what upsets her, but it seems to not add to the fire.
