EDIT I have revised my opinion. I agree that it is likely Robert De Niro wearing the lifts, but I now doubt that the other fellow is Al Pacino. As I said, not a Hollywood celebrity fan. Mebbe De Niro is on his way to punch Donald Trump in the nose.
