And fender skirts.

A feature common in that era that I am happy has expired.

However, they should bring back curb feelers.

And the J. C. Whitney catalogue.

Every available means to make your car ugly and run badly.

I am also not a fan of hot-rodding automobiles such as that one.

Plenty of non-significant automobiles out there to put big, contemporary engines in, drop to the ground and shoe with giant chrome wheels and rubber band tires.

Leave history alone.

Yeah  Whitney, Warshawsky catalog.....highlight of the mail

The last Hudson Hornet.

1956 or 1957, I believe.

No more or no less ugly/attractive than other makes and models of the era.

I like the automobile, though I am not a fan of the red over black two-tone, white roof  finish.

One can almost see the post-war Checker A series taxi cabs in the Hudson, but there is no connection that I can discover.

Hudson put the lie to the stock car racing mantra “Win on Sunday sell on Monday”

I really like this concept, but they should have added a couple of step points under the door, during fabrication.

It has a step.

Note the stowable  cinder block, er, step, by the port rear wheel.

Remove to  enter, have assistant replace by tire.

It would have been cool to mount a radial engine behind that tall snout.
