What clock do you use?

I wear a Timex Field watch and use my iPhone both reg time.

24hr time. As both a veteran and a programmer, I have used it all of my adult life.

I've dozens of clocks.  Probably 50/50 regular/military time.  A couple UTC for astronomical stuff.

I've got a binary wristwatch around here somewhere.

I thought about buying a Botta 24 h watch not too long ago, but my eyes won't like it...

But, there are people on opposite sides of the planet that need things to happen in a very coordinated manner.  Hence, Zulu time.

I have been an Amateur Radio Operator all my life and got comfortable with GMT and 24 hour clocks/time.

Now that I am more "retired", I use a 12 hour watch, but have no difficulty thinking in 24 hour time.

The 24-clock is natural for me, as is Lima and Zulu.

But then, so is Geriltol.

I’m pretty sure that G is Golf, not Geritol.

Military, because that is what my employer (USPS) uses. 

Second nature to me. That is what I set my iPhone clock, alarms and watches to if I have this option.

I try to forget life managed by ship's bells. 

And the c,loying stink of Diesel in the lungs, in the water, in the food.

But, it only took a few hours back on the boat before it all smelled like home.

Except the heads.

They always smelled like rotting dinosaurs.

Not too many things worse than the smell of sea water and Diesel fuel.  Gag a maggot!

I am comfortable using military time or am pm. When I sign into or out of a unit or filling out a JHA I use military time.
