I see my local news says that a 93 year old man with health problems died from the virus. Seems like a shot in the dark to attribute all deaths today to the Corona Virus. According to the news, if there was no Corona virus, no one would die! Edited April 2, 2020 by janice6 1

Dric902
The state of Vermont is ordering big box retailers such as Target and Costco to stop selling "non-essential" items in its stores. Customers will still be able to purchase them over the phone or online, but in-store purchases won't be possible because the retailers will have taken the products off the shelves. WCVB: “Large ‘big box’ retailers generate significant shopping traffic by virtue of their size and the variety of goods offered in a single location,” Agency of Commerce and Community Development Secretary Lindsay Kurrle said on Tuesday. “This volume of shopping traffic significantly increases the risk of further spread of this dangerous virus to Vermonters and the viability of Vermont’s health care system." What sort of goods are considered non-essential? Arts and crafts Beauty supplies Carpet and flooring Clothing Consumer electronics Entertainment (books, music, movies) Furniture Home and garden Jewelry Paint Photo services Sports equipment Toys The state says stores must restrict access to nonessential goods by close [sic] aisles, closing portions of the store or removing items from the floor. The order says "showrooms and garden sections of large home improvement centers should be closed." https://pjmedia.com/trending/vermont-government-orders-big-box-retailers-to-stop-selling-non-essential-goods/ . Trouble with human trials is that the required testing and analysis must go on for a year of more. Otherwise manufacturers of the "stuff" are liable legally. This may help your kids, kids. Dric902
Gun sales exploded across the United States as the coronavirus pandemic spread, with retailers experiencing the highest sales volume in recorded history. More than 2.5 million guns were sold in March as fears over the effects of the coronavirus spread, according to an analysis of FBI background check data released Wednesday by Small Arms Analytics and Forecasting (SAAF). The buying craze marked the busiest month on record for gun stores, even as some faced shutdown orders from state and local authorities. The record-setting monthly sales nearly doubled the 1.4 million guns sold in March 2019. https://freebeacon.com/coronavirus/march-shatters-monthly-gun-sales-record-as-u-s-faces-down-threat-of-coronavirus/ .

Dric902
Idaho has become the first state in the United States to bar transgender girls from participating in girls’ and women’s sports and to legalize the practice of asking girls and women to undergo sex testing in order to compete. The house bill, known as the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act, was signed by Gov. Brad Little on Monday. Governor Little also signed a bill that prohibits transgender people from changing their birth certificates to match their gender identities. While many states have introduced bills to restrict the participation of transgender athletes, Idaho is the first state to have passed such legislation into law. https://www.redstate.com/brandon_morse/2020/04/02/idaho-becomes-first-state-to-ban-transgender-atheletes/ .
