Huaco Kid Posted December 30, 2018 Share Posted December 30, 2018 I once got a very large pelican case and my friends said that if I could fit in it, I could just mail myself around, instead of paying for airfare. After a little squinting, I bet them (there might have been intoxicants involved) that I could fit in it. I'm kind of built like a circus sideshow performer, and it wasn't much effort to fit in it. It was a tight fit, but easy-peasy. Then, as the lid slammed shut (they said it was part of the "fit" bet), I heard the latches click closed. Then, on a whim, and being that I was at the top of a stairs (carpeted, at least), they decided to "slide" me down the stairs. They later said they didn't "throw" me or "roll" me, but slid me.
