So no flat chested women work there?  Is this like a drive thru Hooters or Twin Peaks? Asking for a friend.

Use to be a coffee drive up spot where they were top less and a few spots they were in bikinis.  Sadly, none around me.  I would pay Starbucks prices for that.

Doctors who smoke.

Family counselors who are divorced or never married.

Mechanics who drive junker cars.

Gun owners who never shoot.

The French.

Soccer moms with stripper names.

Super religious people who keep switching churches.

People with no books in their house.

Anyone who hates dogs.

Software that works first time.

Anything in its first production run.

Anything Finnish.

My wife was disparaging women that perform sex for money.  I asked her how much money she had in her purse?  She said $1400+.  I asked her where the $200  went?  She said she paid the hair salon cash.....

I said,  Where did you get the $1600 from?????   I wanted her to admit it was from me...  She smiled and said, "From everybody!"  I wonder if 67 years is the end????

At least she wasn’t giving it away.

Being a sage, the human kind, not the brush, is like being Cassandra.

We have wisdom gained over years of experience to impart to the young'uns, but they don't believe us.  :sigh:

Mebbe we should try being the bush.

This is true.

One day I tried to tell my son what was going to go wrong if he did "that" his way, working on a car.  He did it his way anyway and it went wrong.  I mentioned that he could have skipped the wrong when I "advised him".

He then taught me a lesson.  He said that he wanted to make his own mistakes.

I applauded him and told him he was right, and I would shut up.

He's very smart, I am so proud of him.

I’m leery of most (but not quite all) fast food places…

I told the waitress at Denny's that I didn't come there for the food, but for the people working there.  They are a fun bunch!

The breakfasts aren't bad, if there isn't a better alternative handy. My favorite breakfast when on the road (Which is about the only time I am likely to stop at a Denny's) is the breakfast skillets at the restaurants in Flying J truck stops. I am a cheap date.

Face and neck tattoo's  the people are normally way OFF

Case in point I was at the dentist today and in comes this 20 something freak, he proceeds to move the waiting room chair to the end of little hall and then plugs in his lap top and starts eating cheetos. I bet the dentist loved him for that

I saw a bunch in the PNW (Portlandsmokan) area this year.

I didn't imbibe. (sugar and cream is RIGHT out!)

(those little places made the news every day because ne'erdowells continually liked to hassle them)

One could live one's life at the Flying J. I discovered the one near Knoxville and I almost never left.

When we make our escort runs, we stop for gas at Pilots or Flying J.  TAs are not a suggested stop.  I don't  wanna say where but my partner nearly blew a gasket on my first run.  The trucker team pulled into a TA and my partner said it was all full of meth heads and he was right.  I am sure some TA are OK but we don't  stop at them.

Every mechanic I have ever known takes work beater to a whole new level, especially the good ones.

Gas station hot dogs are on my list.

I am counting on the manager to keep standards high and only hire those with uh, capable standards.

I prefer to think that these displays are uplifting to us all.

Nobody is leery of GAS STATION SUSHI ??

I swear that one day to the chagrin of my family, I was hungry and bought and ate a Tuna Sandwich from a gas station.  My wife believes that there is something seriously wrong with me because it didn't effect me.  She's right, you know!

Anyone who is employed in an industry they never labored in.

Like MBA types in construction companies that never swung a hammer in their lives.

Or a health inspector who never cooked.

We had 5,000 Engineers at one time.  The best mechanical Engineer I every had anything to do with was exceptional.  I asked him why he was so much more competent than most others.  He laughed and said he was required to work in a  metal fabrication shop for a Semester before he could graduate.
