DrB
I remember in my youth in the day and going into the bars, there was always some bar band covering his songs. Days long gone by. Dave
Mrs.Cicero
The second album I ever bought was The Gambler. I drove everyone in the house crazy playing it over and over for weeks... RIP, Kenny.
Steelharp
I had the opportunity to do a tour with him in 1983. One of the nicest guys I ever met. Then, there's the story with Lorrie Morgan...

railfancwb
I’m at the age where my contemporaries are moving on into eternity. This has seemed increasingly relevant as I’ve seen them go. The book was written in 1968. Edited March 22, 2020 by railfancwb Add copyright date of book. 3

ASH
from all accounts he was a good dude and good to fans , i once hit the jackpot at thrift store someone had brought in alot of records to donate and i bought like 8 of his records all still in plastic and i also picked up a rare Xanadu album, the first few printed had ONJ on cover , she did not like cover so then all the rest came with the words Xanadu across it

Borg warner
My favorite Kenny Rogers song is a duet with another favorite singer: Dolly Parton. I had a girlfriend back in the early 80's at teh time that song came out and it was "Our Song". Dolly and Kenny sounded great together
