She standing behind you, right now? :D

No.  But as soon as I posted the original post, I told her about it.  She shook her head and called me an *******.  We both laughed.   :abovelol:

p.s.  I took her out to dinner tonight at TGI Fridays.  We were seated and ordered.  A different waitress walked up to us and smiled.  She said she remembered us from a previous dinner.  She said she could easily remember us because we were so in love.  I hope this isn't to maudlin,  But Denny's waitresses say the same thing.

Also I tip very well.

They once let me out (cessna) over the TAMU stadium, in 40mph winds,  against the pilot's, and owner's, recommendations. The other guys got to go another five miles away (I was noob).

They called it a Cross-Country.

They had to use math,  and wind reports,  and weather channels,  and science, and calculus, and sht, to see where we'd land.

I just went "WOOO!"

I spit on the stadium.  For no reason.  I spit on the interstate,  where I hung for five minutes.  Big hocks.

I landed backwards, in 40mph.

Directly in the middle of the runway,  which is a huge no-no.  HUGE.

But,  I could have been blown, backwards,  across three counties,  so actually hitting the field was a pretty damn good thing.

I didn't hit a barb wire fence.

Hit.  Drug off,  at 40,  pulled the right lines,  and came back.

I once saw one guy, Bart, puff down.

We were doing a two-way, but we were crashers,  so it went nowhere.

I pulled.  Bart pulled

My chute went Swoosh.

Bart went into an instant miniature gone.  I saw him pull.  Nothing happened.

He was staring at me the whole time.   His hand flinging all around. Puff.  Instantly gone.

He got his reserve.  Landed in a pond at not many hundred feet.

I'm pretty sure the definition of "champion" requires winning, not falling.

Merriam-Webster dictionary agrees with me.

Think there was meant  to be a bit of play on words there.  Note the author's name "Serena Williams"

A quick check: https://physiciansnews.com/2015/12/17/buy-insulin-prescription/

As anyone who needs insulin to treat diabetes can tell you, that usually means regular checkups at the doctor’s office to fine-tune the dosage, monitor blood-sugar levels and check for complications. But here’s a little known fact: Some forms of insulin can be bought without a prescription.
