The topic of discussion was the unfortunate fact that the little yellow rations aid packages that were being dropped looked a lot like the little yellow bomlets from the cluster bombs that were also being dropped. At one point, a reporter asked Rumsfeld why we were even dropping cluster bombs. Rumsfeld looked at that reporter like he was a complete idiot, as only Rumsfeld could, and said, "Because we are trying to kill those people!"
