From what I read: The driver is Travis Pastrana, an Edgewater, MD local. The jump over the boat, streets was Annapolis MD. Marina is Liberty in Edgewater. Airfield maybe in Edgewater MD but lots of private fields in area. Final scene on road in woods was probably Mill Swamp Rd., Edgewater.
