It seems the “Florida man” thing started a long time ago.  Catching a rattlesnake and bringing it back alive would have been an interesting job.

Oklahoma has it's version of "The Florida Man" also, involving rattlesnakes, lol:

Several years ago I came across this story and it actually got me wondering because I considered it a funny story that may or may not be true …. it was legit.

Oklahoma man driving stolen vehicle caught with rattlesnake, uranium, whiskey and firearm:
Stephen Jennings joked with officers that he was creating a "super snake."
July 11, 2019
Police Officers in Oklahoma made a startling discovery after arresting two people at a traffic stop, only to find that their vehicle contained a rattlesnake, a canister of uranium, an open bottle of whiskey and a firearm, authorities said Thursday.
An officer with the Guthrie Police Department had pulled over Stephen Jennings and Rachael Rivera for driving with expired tags on June 26, Sgt. Anthony Gibbs told ABC News. After the officer discovered that Jennings was driving with an expired license and Rivera was a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, both were placed under arrest, Gibbs said.
The vehicle, a Ford Explorer, was impounded because it did not have insurance. It was later discovered that the vehicle had been stolen.
"So when the impound of the vehicle begins and they start moving compartments, here's the rattlesnake in the backseat," Gibbs said. "It was surprising to the officer, obviously."
As the officers continued to search the vehicle, they spotted an open bottle of Kentucky Deluxe whiskey near a firearm, the sergeant said. Then they discovered a container of "yellowish powder" that was labeled "Uranium."
Jennings, of Logan County, told officers that he had the uranium because he recently purchased a Geiger counter to test metals, and the chemical element came with the purchase. He joked with officers that he was trying to create a "super snake," Gibbs added.
It did not appear that Jennings or Rivera were under the influence of the alcohol.
Jennings was arrested on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, transporting an open container of liquor, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and failure to carry a security verification form, the sergeant said. Rivera was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction.
The snake was taken from the scene and euthanized, Gibbs said, and the uranium was inspected. The uranium did not result in charges because Jennings was in possession of a legal amount.
Jennings was also within his rights to have the snake.
"In the state of Oklahoma, there are certain seasons where you can hunt rattlesnakes," Gibbs said. "This just happens to be one of those seasons."
Gibbs said that this was the first time he'd ever encountered a discovery like this, and that his department has received calls from other municipalities regarding how they handled it.
"Because if we run into it," Gibbs said, "it's gonna be possible that someone else runs into it."
Jennings could not immediately be reached by ABC News.

My son was a resident advisor for a dorm building in college. A bunch of girls plugged up a toilet and flooded an apartment.

Some tried to keep mopping up the water with towels. Someone tried to unplug it with a plunger incorrectly and just plugged it tighter.  Someone tried to Google how to unplug it but no one listened to her. No one shut the valve off.

The best were the girls who were trying to download an app to clear it. Not info on how to clear it but an app that would do it from the phone.

More Unique Human Genes Defy Evolution Narrative
BY JEFFREY P. TOMKINS, PH.D.
MONDAY, MARCH 14, 2022

Researchers recently scanned a region of the smallest human chromosome and found three previously undiscovered families of genes that are uniquely human and completely absent from apes.1 This new discovery continues to highlight previous research, showing that the human genome contains many human-specific genes not found in apes, utterly confounding the rapidly crumbling paradigm of human-ape evolution.

Scientists have long known that many regions of the human genome are markedly different from apes, specifically chimpanzees (our supposed closest ape ancestor). For example, in 2010 a detailed sequence analysis of the chimpanzee Y-chromosome was produced and was so drastically dissimilar to human that the researchers claimed, “Indeed, at 6 million years of separation [an evolutionary assumption], the difference in MSY gene content in chimpanzee and human is more comparable to the difference in autosomal gene content in chicken and human, at 310 million years of separation."2,3 In fact, the most recent analyses comparing the entirety of the chimpanzee and human genomes reveals that they are no more than 84% identical.4

Because evolutionists need a nearly identical 98.5% similarity between humans and chimps to make their theoretical ape-to-human evolution model seem plausible, the current well-established genetic chasm of dissimilarity has soundly disproved the evolutionary model. But not only is large-scale DNA dissimilarity a huge problem for the fictional story of humans evolving from a chimp-like ancestor, but so is the issue of human-specific genes that have no similar counterparts in apes. In fact, previous studies have identified hundreds to thousands of human genes not found in chimps.5,6 And now, we have yet one more study adding to the overall dissimilarity in the human versus chimp gene count discrepancy.1

In this new study, researchers scanned the most recent drafts of the human and chimpanzee genomes looking for unique genetic features specific to humans starting with the smallest human chromosome (number 21). They discovered three families of microRNA genes unique to humans. These genes encode regulatory RNA molecules and are actively expressed and involved in the genetic regulation of a variety of tissues in the body including the brain.

As the drafts of the human and chimpanzee genomes become more accurate and as they continue to be compared to each other, as software improves and scrutiny deepens, the clear truth of human uniqueness will keep on emerging with ever-resounding clarity. The genetic data fully supports the scriptural revelation in Genesis that humans were created uniquely in God’s image by the Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ.
