So far he has smoked pork butts, salmon, 8 racks of ribs, more salmon, a tenderloin, and he keeps trying to steal stuff out of my freezer to throw in there. He keeps inviting folks over for ribs. There's so much smoked stuff around here, I'm not going to have to cook for weeks. And yes, I admit, it really is good. And I'm not getting near that thing.
