He was a legendary British race car driver in Formula 1 and several other racing series. He won 222 of the 529 races he competed in during his decades-long career. If you are unfamiliar with him, you should read about him. He led an amazing life. Mine,too. in the early sixties in my early teens I became a gearhead and read all the automotive magazines, Motor Trend, Car and Driver, Road and Track, Hot Rod, everything. On amazon you can watch the highlights of the 1955 season on ‘the racing years’ And legends of speed I think has a great rivalry episode. Le mans 1955 is on prime.
