I wouldn't put it on own tombstone, because I do have some sympathy for other grieving people visiting different graves, who might find it very jarring to see that at that time.  But I wouldn't ask to have it removed from someone else's gravestone either, because the only reaction I am truly responsible for is my own, and I just don't care that much.

Why was someone's opinion of offensive  more important that the deceased opinion of life being offensive.

This is disgusting when one person's feelings are more important than another person's feelings.  BS is taking over everything.

And I remember a story about some guy that died,  but left a nice trust fund for his whole family.  They all got debit cards and could get big bills out of an ATM every month.

But he had the ATM built into his headstone......   and everyone would have to visit his grave each month.
