Education is paramount. Not indoctrination. Education is being shown how find answers, it is not being given answers that are politically acceptable. That 32 cents is per kWh, not per minute of charging (and some places it's above 50 cents per kWh) so yes, if your car has a 300 kWh battery, then it would cost that much. Your average Tesla is getting 350 miles on a 100 kWh or smaller battery.
