That is a quality line-up.

Clarence White was a phenomenal bluegrass guitar player with the Kentucky Colonels, part of the 'new grass' sound.

I had the pleasure of hearing him play with the Colonels and he was a real-deal flatpicker extraordinaire.

He later replaced Gram Parsons in the Byrds, then returned to playing progressive bluegrass.

He was killed by a drunk driver.  :sigh:
