G26S239
Kroil is very good. I don't know about the post you mention but Kroil is worth getting. Graf & Sons has it. http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/471 Edited April 6, 2019 by G26S239

Cubdriver
I've had good success with a 50/50 mixture of automatic transmission fluid and acetone. Shake well before using. -Pat

Moshe
I once witnessed a baptism by break free on an Sig 229 DAO, that a nameless female Federal Officer put it leather and left it there. Along came qualification day, and it was just jacked up and seized up. Humidity is a killer. When our air conditioner decided to pump in too much humidity, we got it fixed. The bowed up faux wood floor finally subsided. I did have only one victim from that a 12 gauge pistol formatted shotgun. I had to have that worked on by a smith friend of mine and dura-coated.
