This reactor design would never be allowed in the United States and for the reason that it failed.  This was a project done on the CHEAP, without regard for any real safeguards.

In a Socialist/Communist country people are cheap.

That's an awesome-looking truck. Classic lines of that cab show the look of Kenilworth and other larger tractor rigs to come. Searching for more photos is a learning experience for me, and enjoyable. From oldbreweries.com (pre-Prohibition Breweries), Acme Brewing Co was open for 9 years. It opened in 1907 and closed in 1916. California Brewing Association was open for 4 years. It opened in 1916 and closed in 1920  ("California Brewing Association - On January 17, 1917, an association of six breweries was incorporated - brewerygems.com"). Then https://www.brewerygems.com/acme.htm shows Acme Brewing Company (1907-1954). The same logo on the truck is shown in the brewerygems website. The banner is "Repeal 1933 -- With Repeal eminent, the newly re-organized California Brewing Ass'n. chose to be proactive in promoting beer sales. They were the first brewery to start newspaper advertising of beer, even before Repeal became an actual fact. The ad shown (at right) is one of the ads that set the whole west coast talking about Acme, weeks before Prohibition was ended, on April 7, 1933.

They ultimately became the most prolific and consistent brewery advertiser in newspapers. They then expanded their media blitz through numerous radio spots and innovative billboard advertising. These aggressive and on-going  campaigns made Acme the most famous, and popular brand of beer in the West."  I found a 1933 ad in the (California) Santa Cruz Evening News https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/50535151/ ; a subscription is required, but being 1933, it could very well be the same 1933 ad I'm including.
