So they are looking for others like themselves, just like we are looking like life like us. In fact much of the background radiation observed by us, certainly not all of it, might be from multitudes of intelligent beings, each trying to find more like them. They could be everywhere but we don't look in the right places in our physical reality to find them. We claim to experience time as continuous. Suppose some other beings experience quantized time and the live from one spontaneous moment to another with no concept of the gaps between their "moments of existence". If that speculation could exist then the information from them would be bursts too. Maybe much of the spontaneous high energy bursts we monitor in physics might represent some form of life or communications. Just suppose...…..………………………..
