" Aleph Farms’ new 3-D bioprinting technology — which uses living animal cells as opposed to plant-based alternatives — allows for premium whole-muscle cuts to come to market, broadening the scope of alt-meat in what is expected to be a rich area of expansion for food companies. "

Man, my ribeye is born of cow.  It nurses, it eats grass, hay, and feed.  Then, it probably goes to a feedlot to eat lots of corn before a captive bolt is popped into its melon.  It is then butchered, ah never mind, I'll skip the political commentary there, and ends up at my Sam's Club.  Finally, it comes to meet the embers of my wood-fired grill.

Sams has some extremely good fillets.  Meat in general.
