She made it to presiding judge of the circuit because everyone involved kept their mouth shut and didn't take pictures. I would have gone to the media if I had pictures because she really wasn't a very good judge at all, corrupt is putting it mildly. The appearance of impropriety is just as bad as impropriety, in public officials. People that make the laws, people that enforce the laws, and people that sit in judgement of others who break the laws, should be held to a higher standard than the general public. But the crux of the issue is that she is upset and using legal counsel to prevent the distribution of pictures, that she and her husband made public themselves. This, I believe, is trying to cover up something when it's too late. If she has misgivings for making her lifestyle public, that's too bad. She/hubby put it on the Internet and it's now there forever. This issue isn't of her lifestyle, it's that she is trying to change the facts after they are public. You live and die by your decisions.
