Their out was that they told reporters to keep their distance. That tells me they anticipated there might be an issue. Basically I cover all his rent related expenses until he shows enough profit for him to think about paying rent. Including remodeling and maintenance. Almost the exact opposite of the Triple Net Lease I was offering. His justification was some very distant and tenuous relationship to the Saudi Royal Family. Very distant cousin I think. So I will obey! Exactly! I think we dealt with the same guy! I really wondered if it ever worked for him, or if it was all in his mind. Maybe he feeds off desperate people and that is how he finds them. Offer crazy terms and see if someone will fall for it because they have no options. Same way email scammers make deliberate spelling and grammar errors to keep smart people from wasting the scammers time. My guy pretended as though his people had conquered us, foregone conclusion in fact, so I should start kissing up now if I had any hope and getting even the smallest favor once they started wielding their real power.
