I didn't even know he was gone until today. He was always a colorful poster and seems counter productive to ban someone over such a petty thing. From what I've read and heard once you're on the radar they nitpick until they get enough built up for a ban. That being done on a website where income comes from ads and traffic seems stupid. I had the audacity to imply that people were being driven over here on purpose. Not exactly a violation of the TOS.
