"kids an out of control,un parented disrespectful little monster who learned that actions have consequences and sometimes theres four consequences taking your tantruming, arrest resisting ass to jail no matter how loud you scream"

Investigation over.

by the way i`m betting thats the same BP on Midway that the city has been trying to "close" because the lightrail needs a little more room and that BP is in a prime location...

Just saying.

Hard to tell in the video, but some people believe that no matter what a 13 year old does, they "are just a child" and "shouldn't be treated like that."

End of the day - cop's got to do his (or her) job.  And sometimes that means manhandling the crook a little bit.

Her criminal history proves that she is a person to be wary of.  Citizens and police can be harmed just as easily by a 13 year old girl that's a product of the ghetto as any other criminal of any age.

Claiming to be innocent by virtue of age and sex means immunity for any crimes and is not an excuse for antisocial and illegal behavior.

Gangs in the United States use underage youngsters to commit violence and even murder, knowing full well that in our country when a youngster commits murder they are released upon reaching legal age.  Little to no deterrent means no repentance and continuing criminal activity.

So in our country, there is little punishment for underage persons regardless of the crime.  In Mexico very young people are used to commit horrific crimes and it proves that age is not a means of determining innocence.

Underage criminals are those raised by the village, without supervision or parental guidance.  They are simply feral humans soon to be extremely dangerous.  Forest Fires aren't the only thing we should prevent!

If people are really upset, here's the question they should ask - was she seriously injured?  If not, then I'd say the cops did their jobs and are in the clear, case closed.

If she was, then you have to ask if she was resisting to the point they had to use force to restrain her.  It appears they were in that position. Case closed.

Point being - just because they were using force doesn't mean the cops were trying to abuse her.  Force was probably warranted.  And I think her history plays into this - this girl has apparently been a problem for a while which means she does not respect authority.  This seems like the kind of person who would resist.

Police aren't allowed to do their jobs
