It was stated before the impeachment announcement, that if Trump investigated Biden's son, Pelosi would seek impeachment proceedings against him. It was a threat, extortion if you will, for suggesting ethics investigations on Democrats. Trump withstood years of investigations to no end, while now the Democrats claim to be immune to the same thing. Hmmmmm. Double standard based on political party...………. Now, how is here say any sort of reliable information? I could say that I heard that one of my least favorite supervisors, who was a walking EEO/Management Inquiry was penetrating dogs. Even though the Courts give great leeway to Congress' investigative hearings, they have to respond to an specific purpose. If they want to subpoena someone for proper investigative purposes, the Courts will enforce it. But without a vote for impeachment there's no way that the Courts can enforce impeachment processes...because it will not refer a proper purpose. We know this is all politicking of the worst kind. So force them to vote. One-third of the country (socialists) will approve. Some independents might approve. A few Republicans like Romney will approve (Btw, I still throw-up a little when I remember that I voted for that scum). But let them show all their true colors. Pelosi has lost control of her Congress,and she has Probably just been trolled by President Trump into no longer being able to push anything forward like Gun Control,Infrastructure,Health Care.(which is good for us) all the time to work on any of that will now be filled by Committee leaders jockeying for chairman`s seat,committee leaders,Evidentiary hearings,press conferences,and witness testimony hearings Etc. Whether this was done on purpose or not by President Trump is anyone`s guess but. this is just a gathering of chair people talking about doing what they are already doing and maybe creating another inquiry on doing the same all based on something that they had no knowledge of and later found to be nothing there. Biden will be the big loser in this,Warren will move ahead and Liawatha is unelectable. Pelosi still does`nt have the Impeachment votes and she knows she won`t get them,not because the Senate won`t even look at Impeachment. but because she knows it would be a red sweep of all the Districts they need to hold in 2020. as of right now the Democrats have been trolled into looking into whether an Executive branch elected official has attempted to use a Foreign Government to assist in Election tampering and digging up dirt of a Candidate.where have we heard THAT before? and whether a secret server is being used to hide Official Government Memos and transcripts,again sounds familiar?? To much fanfare, Pelosi announced to its adoring fans that they had initiated an "official impeachment inquiry". An official impeachment inquiry can only, according to the Constitution (or as Dems love to call it---toilet paper) be initiated with a House vote of approval. Before a Federal Judge with his pants on, a request to enforce a subpoena (btw, no need to go through USDOJ) for an "official impeachment inquiry" without a vote, will not be proper. They can call anyway they want, but Judges also read the news along with the comics. It will not be pleasurable for the one who has to argue such an underhanded request.
