A friend is in the office today with HR defending himself against allegation of inappropriate behavior/language towards a female coworker. He is maintenance. She is purchasing. He ordered a Thrust Bearing. Turned in the request on paper. Never spoke to her. She thought it was a sexual reference. Didn’t ask. Didn’t look it up. Just reported him. HR is very confused. He is pissed. She wasn’t required to come in. NO. He won’t be paid for the day. The bearing hasn’t been ordered.
