May receive limited welfare and necessary job training to get on their feet with the understanding they have a maximum 7 year welfare program. ILLEGAL ALIENS: No welfare program/no vote/NOTHING. IIRC, there’s a photo earlier in this thread of a guy arrested for smuggling in baby formula. A drop from 4 to 179 is never good for the normal people involved. JMO.
