It’s not rocket science. My experience has been that it’s easier for me to stay in shape at 60 than it was at 30. Maybe all the hours lifting weights in my 20s and 30s helps now?

A bit less than three hours of calisthenics a week and a brisk 30 minute walk with the dog every day keeps me pretty much where I want to be.

I judge my fitness by my bicep veins. If I can see them, I’m lean enough, if not I cut back calories until I can.
