And 30,000 drop out. That is a three percent decrease. 1000 kids are being home schooled and then 240 more begin homeschooling. That is a 24% increase. So, the base for enrollment in public school is very large and the effect of people dropping out is small (on a percentage basis). Then, the base for home schooling is very small and any change may represent a very large percentage increase. Maybe that's it. Or maybe his numbers are hyperbole, made up BS. I generally stay away from Twitter / Facebook lowest common denominator, mind numbing, dumbed down malarkey. Stupid people make my head hurt when I choose to pay attention to them.
