Ricordo
Goya CEO Robert Unanue told radio's "Michael Berry Show" on Monday that New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was named 'employee of the month' after the company's sales spiked in response to the progressive Congresswoman's call for a boycott of its products earlier this year. "When she boycotted us, our sales actually increased 1,000%,". https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/goya-ceo-named-aoc-employee-of-the-month-after-boycott-call-led-to-sales-spike

Historian
They make darn good sardines in tomato sauce. Zap that can with some hot sauce and engage, destroy it.
Dave514
The brand exposure they got from that goofiness was very valuable.
Mrs.Cicero
I had never bought Goya before AOC started her little boycott - so I started buying it then- they gained a new customer for sure!
