I'm kind of surprised with the virus problem we're not seeing more irrational people doing things like this.

From my local police scanner, it seems that the rational people are in their houses, while those responsible for most police calls, are responsible for most police calls, even now.

Ayep.  We got a lot of really crazy stupid stuff going on.  You have to go out of your way to get arrested around here right now. But there sure are some people stepping up to the plate.
