I don't see how it "cut the man's life sentence short" when he died in prison.

Just from the title I guessed what it was going to be, and I was right.  We're becoming too predictable on our click bait headlines :horsey:

I am a bit off my game, not feeling well I guess.

"Life" in California is 25 years served with possibility of parole before.

But the victim is dead forever!

The lesson here is that your better off being a murderer, than a victim.

A life sentence is usually twentyish years, so if the now dead guy was young, he could have served the entire sentence and been cut loose, is most likely why they said it was "cut short".

Don't encourage the click bait titles.
