gwalchmai
Found this today. Two pretty big trees like this and one small poplar. All fell right across my trails. 455 Rancher made short work of cutting them up and the Kubota moved 'em out. I'm sure glad neither of them are electric...
Walt Longmire
I slaughtered a few dozen beetle killed spruce this fall and winter. Dry as a bone. Stihl MS460 did the sawing.
gwalchmai
I just thought - if I was lysdexic this thread could have said "Work the other day gave me winds". Coulda been just as valid.

I have more need for another hole in my head than one of those but, that doesn't mean I can't stand and drool over it.

I picked up a Rescue model a couple months ago for $300. Currently my largest Stihl is a very nice condition 066 with a 36" bar, full wrap handle and large falling spikes. I'm sure I have over a dozen saws right now.
