pizza_pablo
We started a new tradition a few years ago, since our son got married and his in laws do a big Christmas breakfast and then Christmas dinner in the evening. We do Christmas Eve with ugly sweaters, Chinese food, present exchange and Christmas Eve service, in our ugly sweaters, of course. Zonny
I made rice this morning so that I would have ‘left-over’ rice to make fried rice tonight. Does that count? Most all of my family is sick so we’ve delayed celebrating Christmas. I’m not going anywhere near them. I won't relate it here, except for the punch line, " It sure beats Ham, doesn't it!"

No point in getting fanatical about things. Pork and Bacon are the beginnings of a great day! I remember back when the Catholic church was still pushing meatless Fridays. My wifetobe's father used to shrug when I mentioned it on Friday while he was savoring his Deli cold cuts. Seriously good.
