Huaco Kid
(I was out of town, so I missed the whole thing) My wife found the ol' fatcat (five, seven (?) years ago) halfway under in a big puddle in the driveway, during a huge storm. He was swollen up as big as a basketball and barely breathing. She rushed him to the vet, and was told he had a bad bladder-thing and was going to die. She called and told me. But our vet fixed him, and gave him the right medicine, and that was a while ago. Even though, he's looking pretty creepy-old these days. If you see him laying around, you have to check.
RPKclone
Cross post from the other Caturday thread: Just in time for Caturday. The catio is officially open for business! Sage was first to check it out. She couldn't figure out the ramp. Mrs Norris wouldn't even come off the window sill this time. My boy Dantley, on the other hand, loved it. He could have stayed out all day.

eruby
Our cats rule our home with an iron paw, and we wouldn't have it any other way (not that we could). Edited July 10, 2018 by eruby
RPKclone
Dantley is finally out in gen pop. He chases sage quite a bit but she can usually hiss him away. I think she would love to bring death from above right now

Cubdriver
Gwalch, are you suggesting that cables are NOT meant to be used as feline chew toys? Let's be real! -Pat 4
RandomGuy
After a few days of being locked-up in our bedroom so we could change out the flooring and finish the painting, the Boys were all too happy to get free and explore. We went from builder-grade beige carpet: To this: The Boys have had a ball chasing things that roll freely now, and learning that they can't make those 90-degree turns at speed anymore as there is no carpet to dig their claws into! After a long day of chasee-catchee they settled down for some good naps:

Now that we have a flat surface, I'm thinking about getting a remote control mouse for them to maul....

They are still learning how to deal with this new flooring. They love to run at each other as part of a long distance "hunt" but have just discovered that stopping can now be an issue. Watching one jump straight up while the other slides underneath is hilarious! 3
