JimBianchi
I thought this was settled law. Can’t do anything to the driver. Heck Oklahoma had anti-swearing laws on the books that we were told were unenforceable in the 1990’s. Edited April 5, 2019 by JimBianchi

PATCHMAN
Not exactly new news. Flip this around where a LEO gives the finger, boy would that make headlines! We know who doesn't enjoy the full protection of the Constitution! Edited April 5, 2019 by PATCHMAN
Moshe
Well, yes, and no. I remember an incident when I was pretty young, where a kid did that to a cop, and the cop followed them, and managed to find all sorts of violations. Sometimes, it is not good to poke the bear. But, that was back in the day, that everyone who was a cop killer, never made it into custody alive. Not that I am complaining about the later.
