AlmazanKitchen => forest cooking

www.youtube.com/channel/UCVVAnxQ2YMC_qlc7QfPA2YQ

"On warm winter day with outside temp. only -30C we decided to cook this perfect cut of free-range meat. Mr.Ramsay the Owl helped us find some parsley from our natural freezer. We can't describe how tasty this dish was, you can only guess it while watching this pure therapeutic foodporn... Enjoy! ;)

Ingredients: 500g free-range filet mignon 150g mushrooms"

That’s one of the things I like about AlmazanKitchen - no talking, just the fire crackling and the food sizzling.

I want one of their $300 Serbian knives.

I’m going to check some of these out. I enjoy cooking, but don’t currently follow any YouTube channels. I follow seriouseats.com and am a big fan of Kenji López-Alt and, to a lesser extent, Daniel Gritzer. The fact that Kenji is basically a communist is a little disheartening, but I enjoy his professional work.
