Yeas ago I had two of my daughters working at the same company I did.  One of them gave me a coffee cup.  Since I used to sit with the director of Engineering, he went ballistic when he saw what was written on my cup.

I pointed out that the cup was a gift from my oldest daughter.  He withdrew his complaint!

The cup said, "If you love someone let them go.  If they don't come back, hunt them down and kill them!".

I love my daughters so much, they're all chips off the old block!

Almost 50 years ago I passed up a wood carving that was a masterpiece, because it cost so much.  I could have bought it but it would have put a short term dent in my income.

All these years later not a week goes by that I don't regret not buying that piece of artwork.  It was beautiful.

Is that Tom Brady's ball?  I heard he had under pressured balls....maybe deflated....not up to regulation.

Undersized...that's the word i was looking for.

Tom Brady's been playing with his undersized balls.

There, got it right.

I suspect that when we are honest with ourselves - and maybe with others as well - we all have something(s) that we did or didn’t do which still haunts us. And like as not money wasn’t even a real factor. I know I have such haunts.
