And of course the shooter had multiple weapons and ammo but the only one mentioned by name is one of those omnipresent "AR 15's" My prediction is that as long as we focus on the symptoms we'll be blind to the real cause. IMHO since these almost always end with a LEO shooting and killing the shooter, let's work this all backwards. Since the most common ending is always a dead shooter, can we please call them "SUICIDE BY COP!" That said, why do people choose this?
