janice6 Posted October 6, 2022 Share Posted October 6, 2022 <<<<<<<<Sophie, my love, has had her tumor removed and is now wearing a cone for 10 to 14 days.... I feel horrible that I had to do this to her, but she is my baby (15 years old) and I do love her so much. We are waiting in fear for the biopsy results............ I have been in the ER twice now in a month and she has never left my side all during that time. If I'm in bed, she is laying in her bed with me. Where ever I go she is right there with me. She is caring for me now instead of caring for my wife. She was in her home for 14 years and they just decided one day to throw her out. So, we got her from a rescue place when she was 14 years old. We have only had her for 1 year now and finally believed she had found her "forever home", we do love her so. Then this happened.
