They don't have sense enough to understand that whenever famine strikes a region, America opens it's borders to their people, and significantly increases the number of refugees from the effected area. The UN will use it as a reason to advance their "Spread the Muslims" agenda. When the locust swarm destroys the crops in Kenya, there will be an influx of Obama's countrymen into the US. Rejoicing about another's misfortune would be highly inappropriate.
