Silentpoet
Some scumbags should be eligible for summary execution. And some days your heart breaks for children in other equally messed up situations. Been a bit of a rough week. 1 1
Huaco Kid
I had a rough week, but I like it. There's no way I could do what you do. I'd be in prison already. 1
Dric902
Hey, the special needs boy we had a couple of years ago, as a foster, has stayed in touch. He still calls us Mama and Papa. he was 11 and with developmental disabilities, not high on the adoption list. March 11 is his adoption day. They have told us that he wants us there, so we wouldn’t miss it. sometimes it works out . Edited February 8, 2020 by Dric902 4

Not often enough, but they are the good days. 3

You just keep going, you’re doing the Lords work. we have had some rough days with Mercy. But the wife always says “where would she be without us” knowing where she came from, I don’t even want to think about it do what you can, but don’t get lost. Walt Longmire
My parents fostered a bunch of kids and we adopted 2. Both are still very active in our family. Some of the foster kids still call me 'brother' and my dad is still their dad. 4

Several sex abuse cases this week and then Friday we get hit with a media type case that I can't even talk about. Fortunately not much is in the media yet. On the worst sex abuse case the perps were in jail for maybe an hour. That is the main reason I am so pissed. 1
astepup
SP, you must have the patience of Job. Not many people could do what you do and deal with the scum of society on a near daily basis. My hats off to you. 5
