This section, along with numerous other sections, was included in the final version of the bill, but wasn’t in the bill as introduced or as reported to Congress. As Breitbart reported, “The 2020 Pentagon spending bill contains a camouflaged provision allowing any U.S. president to amnesty millions of illegal immigrants.” The odious section of the bill, Section 1099C, is hidden under a double layer of deceptive titles. The first is SEC. 1099. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING THE PORT CHICAGO 50, and the second layer is SEC. 1099C. PAROLE IN PLACE FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.
