"One America News reporter Neil W. McCabe interviewed Breitbart political editor Matt Boyle about his report on how the Angolan government has hired Washington lobbyists for a year-long, $4 million contract. More than 20-percent of the aid the country receives comes from the United States. This contract comes at the same time Angola is being sued in federal court by American companies for overdue invoices."

We should deduct every dollar spent on American Congressional Lobbyists from any aid in any form, given a foreign country!

Why should we pay them to try to influence our government and or affect our elections.  We are already giving them money and other aid.  Enough is enough!
