DrB
Yes I know has the lock but is $320 a reasonable price for either? Dave..
janice6
Absolutely! I have purchase 4 642's for my extended family women and I paid at least $100 more for each one some years ago!
Valmet
$320 is a pretty good price. I was very pleasantly surprised to fine my 442 performance center for $350 last year and truth be told I don’t see any real doffference between the PC and the standard 442 I have. I've seen them in my LGS's in Central Florida for listed less than $350. You can generally do better than their listed price.

I don't understand the logic behind why a DA only gun with a shrouded hammer doesn't need a lock but a double action gun with a hammer does, but $320 is a pretty decent price considering that $469.00 is MSRP for one with the lock or one without.
