The 2020 elections really reminds me of the mail order add pages in the back of comic books from when I was a kid. FullClip Posted November 9, 2020 Share Posted November 9, 2020 We used to put real snakes in old man Maxwell's mailbox......bad thing is my Uncle Bod was a mailman....took him about 1/2 a second to figure out who would do sumthin' like that. Mean old guy who didn't like kids cutting across his back yard going to the neighborhood store. Did order 4 chameleons for a buck from an ad in Boy's Life. They came, and lived even arriving in Maine when there was still snow on the ground. X-Ray glasses were a scam though.
