For those of you who don’t yet know, the Academy Awards showed exactly how much the world hates Jews. The Academy showed itself to be composed of Jew haters, self hating Jews, and those too cowardly to stand up against the crowd and stand for Israel.

The highlight for the anti-Semites was when the winners of the best documentary, represented by Jonathan Glazer, spoke for his partners and said, “We stand here as men who refute our Jewishness in a holocaust being hijacked by an occupation”. Clearly, they refuted being Jewish long ago, and are painfully unaware of the irony of the statement: had they been in one of the areas attacked by Hamas, they would now all be dead or hostages.

And Glazer seems oblivious to the fact that close to 90% of Gazans still support the horrors of October 7 and the charter of Hamas, which calls for the “obliteration” of all Jews, as well as anyone who doesn’t support their fanatical brand of Islam. But hey, it’s the Oscars, and a time for film people to show their narcissism and ignorance.

In 1975, Vanessa Redgrave used her acceptance speech to promote Palestine, and was loudly booed by the audience. This year, the crowd erupted with applause as Glazer condemned Israel and drew a noral equivalency between Israel and Hamas.

Oblivious to the irony that these celebrities couldn’t get to the Dolby Theater because of pro-Hamas supporters, hundreds of actors and filmmakers wore ribbons with red hands in a show of support for Hamas. The history of the ribbon with a red hand is undoubtedly lost on these actors.

In 2000, two Israelis accidentally entered Ramallah, and were arrested by Palestinian authorities. A group broke into the police station, lynched the Israelis, and then put their bloody hands up on the window to show the crowd below. Since then, that symbol has been used for glorify the murder of Jews worldwide.

Hundreds of ribbons with red hands were worn at the Oscars. And apparently, there was not one yellow ribbon of support for the 134 hostages. Not one public supporter of people who have been kidnapped for over five months, brutalized, repeatedly raped (and if they are younger women, probably now pregnant), or dead. Moreover, most of the films nominated are prohibited by Sharia law; and the clothing, sexual choices, and values of these actors would result in their beheadings in a Hamas controlled world. Israel is the only country in the region where they are welcomed, and the only country they condemn.

Maybe these actors think that if they were kidnapped by Hamas, they could just ask for another take and film it again.

There is a statement I recently heard that is appropriate for Mr. Glazer, who has “refuted “ his Jewishness: “Those who say they are ashamed to be Jewish should take comfort in knowing that we, too, are ashamed they are Jewish.”

And so the world watched the Oscars, and Hamas proudly looked on as Hollywood denigrated Israel and showed support for the modern incarnation of Amalek… giving Hamas even more confidence that if they just hold on without surrendering to Israel, the world will create and support a state of Palestine that is devoted the destruction of Israel and every Jew.

The founders of the film business: Mayer, Zukor, the Warner brothers et al must be turning over in their graves.
