We love hushpuppies!

Ha, I made some of those the other day.  I use Autry House sweet onion, some cayenne, some finely diced jalapeño, and lots of fresh picked blue crab.  I also use buttermilk for the liquid.  They are tasty and go well with cayenne honey butter, Old Bay cocktail sauce, or a nice spicy remoulade, alongside some fried shrimp and/or fresh fish sticks, like drum, porgy, or sheepshead.
