Yeah that 495 would have gone up if I was just the least bit more forward.  But that is where I will misgroove it. Just a bit too far back.  That is where not having a spotter and a handoff leads me to.  There is just such a fine line between being far enough back to take the weight out, but not so far back you hit the rack. Plus the lift off points are just so long.  They are very well made and designed, but they are too long.

It isn't bolted down.  I want to get a better rack and bolt it down.  Just need to get a few more things paid off before I do that.  It is safe enough with the safety spotters and how close it is to the wall.

I think the bands were providing roughly 100 pounds of help.  That's about what it felt like doing the lifting.  But my muscles are way more sore today than say 405 had me feeling the last time I did it.
